Electric loader

DERUI underground electric loaders offer a zero-emission solution with very low noise levels, making them ideal for loading and hauling in underground mines. High breakout force, fast travel speed, and unique bucket filling capability allow for quicker movement of larger volumes of material. Their compact design and short turning radius make maneuvering in tight spaces easier.

For mines with limited ventilation or high ambient temperatures where diesel loaders are not suitable, DERUI electric underground loaders provide an optimal solution.

DERUI offers two types of electric underground loaders: one equipped with a simple, durable cable reel for tunnel movement and an automatic cable tensioning system; the other is a battery-powered electric loader. The DRWJL-1 model features a quickly swappable battery pack, while the DRWJL-3.5 uses a fast-charging battery system with a 282 kWh capacity.

Electrification is one of the major technological shifts in the mining industry; electric equipment enables faster loading and quicker movement on inclines. Additionally, electric machinery is smaller in size relative to its capacity.
